The Weber State University men’s soccer team might have improved a little Friday night when Ogden City announced the coming of a new Premier Development League soccer team to Ogden.

“We are very thrilled to have the Outlaws come to town. We think the team will be a great addition to our community,” said Matthew R. Godfrey, mayor of Ogden. (story)
